Job description
- Maintain and improve ISO9001 Quality Management System and other quality assurance system of the company
- Coordinate external and internal quality management system audits
- Responsible for supplier quality, spare parts quality and equipment calibration
- Drive for quality improvement projects
Job requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ solid working experience in ISO 9001 audit
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP, AQL and quality management tools including Quality Mindset, MSA (AR&R,GR&R), 8D, Quality Tools, Process Control Chart.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA and Power BI will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail-minded with good communication, inter-personal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to travel to Shenzhen Plants / Suppliers Sites / Customer Sites
